St George Sailing Club, Sans Souci is a community institution. Established in 1897, it is one of the oldest sailing clubs in Australia. The new club taps our social memory, engendering inclusiveness for a diverse community.

Laneway House reimagines the urban form of Newtown, Sydney for social interaction. It’s a prototype for the locality and for similar urban areas defined by terrace houses. It reorients the house to the laneway, fostering chance encounters with both neighbours and passers by.
